I got this message from someone and will add details as they become available:

"A friend of my husband has a pet rat, which was pregnant when they bought it. Now they have 18 rats at home. They are looking for a good family to take care of them."

Please specify Long Island babies, or you will be directed to the sweet adult hooded myco-free male lab rats. The owners of the rat babies do drive, so I expect rat transport will not be a problem.
